In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, “LSSI”), we inform you that the page https:\/\/www.growretail.com (hereinafter, the “Web Site” or the “Portal”) is operated by Grow Retail Expansion, S.L. (hereinafter ‘Grow Retail’), with C.I.F. B-64244296, whose registered office is located in the street Ausi\u00e0s March, n\u00ba 157-159, Local G, 08013 Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Use of the Portal:<\/p>\n

This Legal Notice establishes the conditions governing the use of the services of the information society that Grow Retail makes available to users through the Web Site. Aspects relating to the processing of personal data of users on the occasion of the use of the Web Site are regulated in the Privacy Policy.
\nThus, access and use of the Web Site implies that the user of the same (hereinafter, the “User”) accepts in its entirety and is obliged to comply fully with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, as well as the instructions or recommendations indicated in each specific case.
\nAccess to the Web Site is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
\nGrow Retail reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the Web Site and its contents, configuration and presentation, including this Legal Notice, so we recommend reading it before each access and browsing the Portal.
\nThe User agrees not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes, as well as not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of Grow Retail or third parties, agreeing to use the Portal, services and content included therein in a diligent, correct and lawful. In particular, the User agrees to refrain from: delete, evade or manipulate the “copyright” and other data identifying the rights of their owners incorporated into the contents of the Portal, as well as technical protection devices, or any information mechanisms that may include such content. Also, the User agrees not to perform any act to damage, disable or overload the Website, or to prevent, in any way, the normal use and operation of the same.
\nIn case of breach of this Legal Notice, or Grow Retail reasonably suspect that it is breaching it, Grow Retail reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Website, taking any technical measure necessary for that purpose. Also, Grow Retail reserves the right to decide, at any time, on the continuity of the services provided through the Portal. <\/p>\n

Intellectual and industrial property:<\/p>\n

The intellectual property rights on the layout of the contents of the Web Site (including the sui generis right on the database), its graphic design (look & feel), distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names), the underlying computer programs (including source codes), as well as the various elements that make up the Portal (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.) belong to Grow Retail, or has the right to use and exploit them, and in this sense constitute works protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation in force.
\nThe use of the Web Site by the User in no way implies the transfer of any intellectual property rights and \/ or industrial on the Portal, its contents and \/ or distinctive signs of Grow Retail. To this end, by this Legal Notice, except in those cases where it is legally permitted, the User is expressly prohibited reproduction, processing, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction and \/ or reuse of the Website, its contents and \/ or distinctive signs of Grow Retail.
\nIt is expressly and strictly prohibited the reproduction of elements or contents of the Website made for profit or commercial purposes. <\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability:<\/p>\n

The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Website is done at all times at your entire risk and responsibility, so Grow Retail is not responsible for the misuse or misuse that may be made of the Portal.
